Updating Account Email
To update your email address, go to the Manage account > Account info page and click Change in the Email section.
Step 1: Verify Identity and Provide New Email
Follow the prompts based on how you sign in:
- Email & Password Sign-in Users: Enter your current password and the new email address.
- Google / Apple Sign-in Users: Sign in via your Google or Apple account, then enter your new email address.
Note: The new email must not be previously registered with Podbean.
Once you have entered the details, click Next. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your new email address.
Step 2: Enter Verification Code
Enter the verification code and click Submit to finalize the change.
You will see an "Email changed successfully" message on the page once it is updated.
You can now use your new email address and your password to log in.
Updating Password
To update your password, go to the Manage account > Account info page and click Change in the Password section.
Step 1: Verify Identity and Set New Password
Follow the prompts based on how you sign in:
- Email & Password Sign-in Users: Enter your current password and the new password.
- Google / Apple Sign-in Users: Sign in via your Google or Apple account, then enter the new password.
Once you have entered the details, click Next. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your current email address.
Note: If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled via an Authenticator App, please use the code from your app instead.
Step 2: Security Verification
Enter the code and click Confirm to complete the update.
Once successful, you will be automatically logged out and will see a "Password updated" message. Please log back in using your new password.
Quick Tip
If you don't receive the verification email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
