Network and business plan users can feature playlists on the Podbean Pro app and organization page, making it easier for audiences to discover content. These customizable playlists not only highlight popular episodes but also help align your content with your brand identity.

How to Create a Playlist

1. Download the Podbean Pro App from the App Store and Google Play.

2. Open the Podbean Pro App, enter your organization name along with your login credentials.

3. Navigate to the Following page. Tap the My Playlists button, click the “+” icon, enter a name for your playlist, select the sort order (episodes can be arranged from oldest to newest or vice versa), and save your changes.

4. Add Episodes: Go to the channel page, click the three dots icon next to the episode title, and select “Add to playlist” to include the episode in your newly created playlist.

5. Rearrange Episodes: To change the order of episodes, tap the menu icon in the top right corner of your playlist, then long-press the three lines icon to move episodes around.

How to Display a Playlist

To make a playlist accessible to your organization’s members, only account owners or admins can set it as “Featured” while editing the playlist.

Display on the web

Once the playlist is marked as featured, you can display it on your company’s podcast landing page by following these steps:

1. Log into your Podbean account on a desktop.

2. Go to the dashboard and navigate to Settings > Organization Details > Organization Page > Customize Page > Edit > Design > Featured Playlist.

3. Set it to “Show” to display featured playlists.

Your members will then see the featured playlist on your organization page.
