To change the ownership of the company account, please follow the steps below:

1. log in to the company dashboard as the master owner and navigate to "Settings"> "Team Members".

2. Click the "Transfer" icon under Action.

3. There will be a pop-up window for you to select the new owner.

Please kindly note that the ownership can only be transferred to the admin in your team. Channel-admin or contributor cannot be set as the new owner.

4. Click "Transfer Ownership" and it is done. 

If the new owner is not in your team member list, you can click "New User" to add them as an admin. You can also click the "Edit" icon to change a channel admin or contributor to an admin.
