In the Company Dashboard, you can activate Podbean AI for private podcast channels and AI Podcast Creator under Settings → Advanced Options → AI & Integrations.

Podbean AI (for private podcasts)

  1. Sign in to your business account and head to the company dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings-->Advanced Options. Under the Al & Integrations part, you can see the Podbean AI (For private podcasts) option.



  3. After enabling the Podbean private AI, you can choose “AI Content Assistant” or “AI Content Assistant + AI Audio Optimization”.
    1. AI Content Assistant complies with GDPR and SOC2. Choose it, you will receive automated titles, show notes, and AI-enhanced transcripts.
    2. AI Content Assistant + AI Audio Optimization complies with GDPR. Choose it, you will receive automated title and show notes, AI-enhanced transcripts, precisely crafted chapter markers, as well as audio noise reduction, intelligent leveler, cut filler words and silence, and filtering & AutoEQ features.


AI Podcast Creator


To Enable/Disable AI Podcast Creator:


  1. Log in to your Podbean company admin dashboard and go to Settings → Advanced Options.
  2. Under the AI & Integrations section, locate AI Podcast Creator.
  3. Select Enable/Disable from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click Save.
