Follow these steps to utilize Podbean AI for your published episodes, assuming you have already published an episode named Episode 1 with the attached file named fileA.mp3:
Firstly, Utilize AI to Process the File
- Log into your account and navigate to the account dashboard.
- Click on "New Episode." On the next page, choose "Select from Account" and choose fileA.mp3.
- Podbean AI will process the file, which may take a few minutes or more depending on its size.
- You will receive an email notification once the process is complete. Additionally, you can check the AI status on the episode list page.
- Once processing is complete, review the AI-optimized content, including the file, episode title, episode description, and transcript.

- Navigate to the episode list and select Episode 1.
- Choose the content you want to replace with the AI-optimized versions.
- For the episode file, click on the “Edit” icon next to the File Name field. Then choose "Select from account" and pick the AI-optimized file. To preserve episode statistics, the new file will replace the old one with the same file name. Please allow a few minutes for the changes to take effect.
- For the title and description, simply copy the AI-generated version and replace the current text.
- For the transcript, download the AI-generated transcript file and upload it to Episode 1 accordingly.
- For the episode file, click on the “Edit” icon next to the File Name field. Then choose "Select from account" and pick the AI-optimized file. To preserve episode statistics, the new file will replace the old one with the same file name. Please allow a few minutes for the changes to take effect.
