This feature lets video podcasters easily convert their video content into audio podcast episodes in MP3 format, automatically syncing and publishing them on Podbean.
Follow these steps to get started with Podbean’s video-to-audio conversion tool:
Step 1: Create a Podcast Channel
Sign up for an unlimited audio account or create a new podcast channel for your audio podcast if you already have a Podbean account.
Step 2: Access the Video-to-Podcast Tool
- Navigate to Audio Channel Dashboard > Settings > Import to Podbean.
- Click on the Video to Podcast icon to start the process.
- Choose Content Source: Select “RSS Feed URL” as your content source.
Enter your video RSS feed URL in the provided field. The import process duration depends on the size of your video files.
You can monitor the importing status by checking back in the dashboard. Episodes will first appear as “Draft” and then change to “Published” once the import is complete.

Q: Can I edit the episodes after they are imported?
A: Yes, you can edit the episode details, such as the title, description, and scheduling, even after the audio episodes are published.
Q: What happens if I turn off future content sync?
A: Turning off future content sync means new videos added to your RSS feed will not be automatically imported and published. You can manually restart the process anytime.
