The "Episode Endnote" plugin allows you to add a predefined text content at the end of every episode description, ensuring consistency and saving time. It’s ideal for including social media links, promotional details, or any other key information. This guide will show you how to set it up and manage your endnote efficiently.

How to Use the Episode Endnote Plugin


1. Get the "Episode Endnote" plugin in the Podbean Plugins.


2. In your Podbean dashboard, navigate to “Settings”-->” Plugins”. (You will be redirected to this page when installing the plugin.)


3. Find the "Episode Endnote" plugin and click the “edit” icon.


4. In the pop-up window, enter your endnote content (up to 2000 characters). Click "Save to all episodes" to apply the content. It will display at the end of your episode description for all episodes.


Episode descriptions are limited to 128,000 characters. If the total length exceeds this limit, please modify your episode description or endnote to fit the requirement.


Updating or Removing the Endnote


  • To update: Edit the content in the popup and click "Save to all episodes".

  • To remove: Clear the content in the popup and click "Save to all episodes".


All changes apply instantly to your published and future episodes on Podbean.


It may take a few hours for the changes to appear on the podcast platforms you've submitted to, depending on their feed update schedule.
