The “JIT Provision Inactive Period Before Removing” setting allows you to automatically remove private members who have been inactive for a period of time.
What happens when a member is removed?
They are deleted from your Private Members list.
They lose access to your private podcast content.
If you’re using SSO login, their account will be automatically recreated the next time they sign in through your identity provider.
How to set this up
Go to your Company Dashboard.
Navigate to Settings > Advanced Options.
Under Access Options, find the setting called “JIT Provision Inactive Period Before Removing.”
Choose a time period (e.g., 30, 60, 90, up to 180 days).
Save the setting.
Once set, your private members will be removed from your private member list and lose access to your private podcast after being inactive for a period of time.
