If you are already using these features, this guide will show you how to track your Podbean AI credits and view your usage history.

Viewing Your Plan’s Total Credits (Quota)


To see the total number of credits included in your subscription:


  1. Log in to your Podbean account.

  2. Navigate to Manage Account → Billing.

  3. Under the Subscription tab, click View details.

  4. You will see a message like:
    “AI Credits: Plan included: X,XXX/mo.”


This tells you how many AI credits are included in your plan each month.


Understanding Your AI Credits Usage


To view your detailed usage and remaining credits, go to Manage Account → AI Credits.


Remaining Credits

Your remaining AI credits for the current AI cycle are displayed in the top right corner.

Pro Tip: Hover your mouse over the Remaining Credits number to see a breakdown of your current quota (e.g., “You have 800 out of 1,200 credits left”).


Usage History Table

The table tracks every activity in reverse chronological order (newest at the top).

Note: Usage records on this page are NOT displayed in real-time. All credit usage and recharge records are updated on the following day.


  • If you use Podbean AI on an episode, the Task shows your Episode Title and the Service shows AI Audio Optimization or AI Content Assistant.

    Note: If you use both Audio Optimization and Content Assistant on one episode, two separate rows will appear with the same Task name to show the cost for each distinct service.


  • If you use the AI Podcast Creator, the Task shows your Project Title and the Service shows AI Podcast Creator.


  • If credits are added, the Task shows Recharge and the Service shows Podbean AI credits (from paid plans/add-ons) or One-time AI credits (from the Free plan).


AI Credits Cycles and History Views

The way you view your history depends on your account type:

  • Paid Users: Usage is organized by AI Credits Cycles, which reset monthly at 00:00 GMT on the day your hosting plan started.

        Use the switch at the top of the table to view your Current, Previous, or Earlier cycles.

Can I purchase additional AI Credits?


Yes. If you need more AI credits, you can purchase more AI credits at any time. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to our detailed guide.
