If you have purchased the $9.99 annual Golden Membership from the Podbean iOS app but the membership features are not active, please try the following steps:
- Log out and log back in to your Podbean account.
- Navigate to: Profile > Become Golden Member
- Click the “Restore Purchase” button.
If the Golden Membership features still do not appear after following these steps, please contact our support team at contact@podbean.com with details about your purchase, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
