Podbean introduces a unified AI Credits system that allows you to access and pay for all Podbean AI services. This credit-based system provides greater flexibility, transparency, and control over how you use AI in your podcast creation workflow.

AI Credits are shared across supported Podbean AI features and are automatically deducted when you use an AI service.

What Can I Use AI Credits For?

AI Credits can be used across the following Podbean AI services:

• AI Audio Optimization
  
  Optimizing 1 hour of audio costs 600 AI credits.
  
  
• AI Content Assistant
  
  AI writing for 1 hour of audio costs 300 AI credits.
  
  
• AI Podcast Creator (Blog to Podcast)
  
  AI credits are used for both script generation and audio production.
  • Script generation is based on the length of the generated podcast script: every 1000 characters costs 1 AI credit.
  • Audio generation costs 10 AI Credits per minute.
    
    
• Any future Podbean AI services
  
  

Note: For free accounts, AI credits are currently available only for AI Podcast Creator.

  If you’re on a legacy plan, your AI Credits may differ from those listed on the pricing page. Check your account for details or contact Podbean Support for assistance.

• AI credits usage is calculated at the account level. If your account contains multiple channels, the AI Credits quota is shared across all of them.

• Under a company account, users created as Company Admin or Channel Admin share the same company account credits.

• AI Credits reset monthly. The reset cycle follows the start date of your hosting plan and begins at 00:00 GMT on that day.
