To view the advertising stats of your podcasts, head to the Dashboard - Ads Revenue page at Podbean Ads Marketplace.
Select the podcast and time range you'd like to view. You'll be able to see the number of ad impressions and estimated revenue generated by your podcast in the time range.
Scroll down the page to view the impressions and estimated revenue details by date or month.
Please note that Podbean charges a 30% fee for ads that run on your podcast through Ads Marketplace. The displayed revenue on the dashboard is after the fee has been deducted.
Estimated Revenue vs. Actual Earnings
The ads are from various sources, including individual advertisers and 3rd-party DSP platforms. The revenue shown on the Dashboard page is an estimate. Once Podbean receives payments from advertisers and DSPs, it will be reflected as your actual and payable earnings on the Payments page.

Ad Impressions vs. Podcast Stats
Please note the differences in definition and measurement between downloads and ad impressions. A podcast download is counted when a listener listens to the podcast episode. An impression is counted when a listener listens to the entire ad inserted within the podcast.
Ad impressions generated by your podcast may be fewer than your podcast downloads for the following reasons:
- Advertisers' Demographic Targeting:
Advertisers always target specific demographics, such as age, location, or interests. This targeting means ads only reach a subset of listeners who fit the criteria. Therefore, not every time a listener listens to the podcast will they hear ads. - Ads Placement and Listener Behavior:
Ads can be placed at the start (pre-roll), in the middle (mid-roll), or at the end (post-roll) of an episode. If listeners stop playing before reaching an ad or choose to skip it, this can lead to fewer ad impressions compared to downloads.
